Booking your first session is easy! Navigate to the "Book New Session" page from your dashboard. Select your preferred therapist, choose an available date from the calendar, and pick a time slot that works for you. After confirming your booking, you'll receive an email with session details and a calendar invite.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Go to "Appointments" in your dashboard, select the session you want to modify, and choose either "Reschedule" or "Cancel."
On the day of your session, log into your dashboard and click "Go to Meeting" on your upcoming appointment card. This will redirect you to Google Meet. Make sure to test your camera and microphone beforehand.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
