Responsibilities

  • Conduct online therapy sessions with clients in Malayalam and English
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Maintain detailed session notes and progress tracking
  • Participate in peer supervision and case discussions
  • Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality

Requirements

  • M.Phil or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology
  • RCI registration (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Fluency in Malayalam and English
  • Comfortable with online therapy platforms
